Wayne Rooneys gay cousin wants to be a dad
London, Nov 22 : Wayne Rooneys gay cousin Stephen Rooney wants to be a dad.
Stephen, 25, is exploring the possibility of adoption and surrogacy and is even willing to adopt children from other countries.
When Coleen gave birth to baby Kai I was so chuffed for her, the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
He added: I love kids and Ive always dreamed of having my own but I have been too shy to do anything about it. As soon as Wayne became a dad before me I decided it was time to act.
Obviously I cant have a baby because Im a bloke and Im gay.
But Ive already looked into the possibility of surrogacy and adoption. I havent found any girls who are willing to become a surrogate mother but it is definitely something that is on my mind.
Adopting is probably my first choice and I dont need a partner to do that.

Stephen has even started bought tens of pairs of baby clothes for his little one.
He said: I just havent been able to help myself. I have been so excited about getting a baby of my own Ive been in Mothercare every day picking out clothes.
However, Stephen is quick to add he would want a girl because he knows nothing about football.
He said: I would want a little girl definitely. I couldnt have a boy because he would probably want to talk about football and I hate watching it.
