Robert Pattinson signs $500m Twilight TV deal
London, Nov 22 : British actor Robert Pattinson is said to have signed a 500-million-dollar Twilight television deal.
Summit Entertainment, the studio that makes the monster-hit film franchise, is branching out into TV production, and bosses want Pattinson to reprise his big-screen role as Edward Cullen.
The 23-year-old actor could land as much as 1.5million-dollar an episode as part of the deal, which could kick in as early as next year, reports the Daily Star.
Pattinsons co-star Kristen Stewart, who plays his on-screen human love Bella Swan, is also wanted by the bosses.
Both the stars, rumoured to be real-life couple, would be free to work on the TV version almost immediately as they have already finished working on third film in the series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
