Magical spell of Mass Effect 2 is unabated

Mass Effect 2, even though being regarded as one of the most anticipated games for Xbox 360 owners, has already attracted a large number of people, especially youngsters and the credit, in this context, goes to the series’ initial release. Do you know the most common question in that case? It’s regarding the fate of Commander Shepard and whether he had survived to make it to the sequel.

Are you also in the same boat? Well, then, for your mental relief it has to be stated that Shepard, if truth be told, did make it through so he can go on with his adventures. EA and BioWare hosted a TeamXbox visit to perceive the second of what’s intended to be a trilogy of games. However all these have been results of gigantic efforts and if you are still skeptical, you must mull over what BioWare said the ME2 team did on the technical side to improve the new game.

Nick Clifford, a marketing assistant on the title, stated in an explicit manner that the development studio wanted to make the game “more alive” than its predecessor. A number of that involved building upon the technology with which BioWare did initiate the series, and the results are understandable when you regard the new title in action.

The latter work enables the player to stay better immersed in the game world, for the reason that the terrain is much cleaner and doesn’t “draw in” as obviously in the player view.

Apart from this, as per Clifford, there was more effort offered so as to augment the gameplay experience. The writers did play great roles through forging bigger backstories within the game, enabling them to fill ME2’s characters and locations with more depth.
