Roman Polanski given Walk of Fame star in Poland
London, Oct 7 : Arrested Roman Polanski has been awarded a star on a Walk of Fame in Poland.
The Rosemarys Baby director is currently under arrest in Zurich, Switzerland, on a US warrant for having unlawful sex with a teenaged girl in the late 1970s.
However, the controversy has not shied away Polish movie bosses from awarding Polanski the coveted honour, even as he is battling against his extradition to the US.
Polanskis star resides alongside, renowned Hollywood names like Marilyn Monroe, and is extols Polanskis own quote "Nothing is too shocking to me," reports the Daily Express.
