Terrorists cannot be killed in cold blood
The Ishrat Jahan killing is taking a new turn; there are a lot of questions that need to be answered. And add to it Union Home Secretary G K Pillai, said “Terrorists cannot be killed in cold blood” Do you agree?
What others said about Terrorists cannot be killed in cold blood
Helpline of President of India.
AUM.
May I congratulate Smt Pratibha Devisingh Patil on establishing a helpline for the aggrieved men and women to petition the highest constitutional functionary of the country. However, as of now it is not effective because there is no staff to follow up the petition.
The President's Secretariat functions just like a branch post office. it receives a petition and forwards it to the dept concerned in the state concerned. Thereafter, everyone forgets all about the petition and the poor petitioner thinks that even the highest constitutional functionary is ineffective.
May I beseech the President of India to employ some staff to follow up the cases that they receive in the Rashtrapati Bhavan and keep reminding the State govt concerned until an assurance of action is received. The officer or clerk who sits on the case should be penalised.Right now there is no accountability and the common man is suffering.
let this suggestion be sent to the Secretary to the President of India with a request to do some work for ameliorating the hardship of the common man. Thanks.

Absolutely! Terrorists by the nature of the word and what they do are threats to any living thing from people to freedom. Kill them all and let God sort it out.

Terrorists killed in cold blood
If we begin killing in cold blood we lose the moral authority of good government obeying the law which is always a prize for the terrorists. It makes those killed a martyr to the cause and helps with recruiting more into the fold.
Rather keep the rule of law and subject captured terrorists to long legal proceedings. It is one thing to go out in a burst of glory for the cause, but quite another to spend your life in line at courts, waiting for hearings, back to cell, back to court, back to cell long waits, bad food, limited stimulation. To me that is the way to defeat terrorism, spread the word about how tedious, rather than noble, that will soon make it hard to recruit.
Who knows after time spent in custody a terrorist may make a deal, give up his cohorts or privide essential information.
People please think with the brain, not with the heart.
Thank you

UPA jai ho.
This is nothing new the present UPA government will do anything for power and will benefit their relatives and / or close ones.
And when they say Terrorists cannot be killed in cold blood, one need to think if the terrorists are the close ones or a relative?

Indian law
I don’t know if Ishrat Jahan and 3 others were involved in terrorist activities, I don’t know if the encounter was a fake one. I don’t know if terrorist should be killed in cold blood. I have seen Ajmal Kasab live on tv killing people yet I don’t know if he is really a terrorist.
Well it’s not proved yet in Indian court. With such a pathetic Indian legal system what is the best way out. Kill terrorist.

What kind of government do we have in India?
Leave alone the Gujarat government, even the central government had stated that the 4 killed, including a student from Mumbai, Ishrat Jahan , were involved in terrorist and disruptive activities. After they were encountered the same central government after so many years say that the encounter was fake and all 4 are innocent.
And now the Union Home Secretary is saying that Terrorists cannot be killed in cold blood. So what is to be done kill them in hot blood?
