Apple iPhone 4 catches fire due to defective USB port
The list of problems in Apple iPhone 4 seems to be never-ending; one more just came up, this time the iPhone 4 catching fire and the user suffering minor burns.
BGR (Boy Genius Report) reported that when iPhone 4 was connected with the computer using the USB cable it caught fire and the user suffered minor injuries.
The issue came to light when the damaged iPhone was given to the AT&T store by the same user hoping they could repair or replace it, in spite of suffering minor burns. The iPhone 4 was damaged completely beyond repairs as some parts melted in the fire.
If one may recall the previous problems was related to poor reception quality. But this seems to be a really serious one; iPhone can be injurious to health.
We will need to wait and see what Apple have to say about it.
