A new study has revealed that shopping does help lose weight, err well apart from your money.

Skinny Cow low-fat desserts who conducted the survey found that on an average 48,000 calories are lost yearly by simply shopping.

3,000 women’s were selected for the survey and it was found that 5 calories a minute was lost while walking up to the shopping mall and on average a women made about 132 trips in a year.

Women’s love shopping and what a better way to lose than to sweat around in gyms. And the more you shop the more weight you need to carry, and the more you lose.

50% of the women participants in the survey revealed that shopping made them more tired than gym workouts, and 7 out of 10 women felt completely exhausted after the shopping trip.

So the next time you go shopping remember it is not just the money that you lose (Spend).
