Drinking 2 cups of black tea daily reduces Ovarian Cancer risk
A new study suggests that women can reduce the risk of developing ovarian cancer by up to 50% by simply drinking 2 cups of black tea daily.
The good news is that many women drink 2 or more cups of tea each day, but the bad news is that they consume with milk added.
As per the study Ovarian Cancer risk in women can be reduced only if women consume black tea (without milk) or 1 cup of green tea daily.The first study conducted at University of Washington found that women who drank 1 or more cups of green tea reduced the risk of ovarian cancer by 54%. 2000 women participated for this study.
The second study conducted by the National Institute of Environmental Medicine in Stockholm found that ovarian cancer risk reduced by 50% for women who drank black tea (at least 2 cups per day).
New and old studies have shown that drinking tea not only protect from cancer but also helps lower bad cholesterols, helps boost brain and keeps the heart healthy.
