Low cost laptop at $10?

D. Purandeswari, Minister of State for Higher Education in a conference held in Delhi, India yesterday disclosed that the low cost laptop at $10 is being worked on by Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore and Indian Institute of Technology in Madras.
