If you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, you are less likely to get migraines and headaches. According to a new study to be published in the Neurology medical journal, Tuesday, people diagnosed with high blood pressure (BP) may be protected against migraines because of the stiffness of the arteries which affects the baroreflex arch (a part of the brain).
